Asiana Airlines’ president, Young-Doo Yoon, and 60 staff participated in a winter KIMCHI making event at the GEON Christian Children’s Home on 11 December, 2008. The event was held to help unfortunate children. The volunteers spent nearly 4 hours making 500 heads of cabbage into KIMCHI. The popular female group See Ya also participated in the event to help the children at GEON Christian Children’s Home.
Asiana Airlines is dedicated to its social responsibilities and has been providing rice and briquettes to those in need and also supporting elderly people and child hunger. On 10 December, Asiana held 『Case presentation of contribution to society & workshop』and plans to enhance contribution to society in the coming new year.
